How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Look through the listings and find one that you like the most.  If you have questions on any of them email me as I have been to each lot personally!  Once you reserve a property with the $199 Doc Fee we will send you a completed contract you will sign, pay your downpayment and start using your own slice of America!

Are you a real estate agent?

I am not a Real Estate Agent but a land Investor.  I have a passion for the San Luis Valley and want to help you get your own piece of land! Each parcel is hand selected by me and I can answer all your questions!

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?

YES!  If there is something specific, 5, 10 40 acres let me know!  If you want trees, near the reservoirs or just have general questions I can answer them for you and then go find the land to meet all of your expectations!

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

Nope!!  $199 Doc fee for paperwork and filling deed, your down payment and you are set!  You can start using and improving your land today!

Why are your properties so affordable?

The properties are affordable because this is vacant land, no water, sewer or electric (at most lots).  If you choose to build you will have additional expenses but if you just want to camp and hang out your monthly payment is extremely affordable for many weekends of family fun!

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
